Make The Shift.
The Context.
Make the Shift is a Working Well in Wellington Toolkit produced by Central Gippsland Health. Developed to support Victorian employers in creating mentally healthy workplaces, the toolkit provides practical strategies and ideas to promote the mental wellbeing of shift workers. The challenge was to create an engaging and accessible identity that could bring this important resource to life across multiple formats.
The Creative.
A cohesive visual identity was developed and extended across a suite of campaign and communication materials. This included an interactive digital publication, promotional PR packaging and supporting workplace posters. Each touchpoint was designed to work together, creating a recognisable and approachable resource that makes the toolkit’s information engaging, accessible and easy to navigate.
