Brand Identity.
The Context.
Set within a beautifully restored century-old milk factory in the heart of Maffra, Maffco Brewery & Distillery is a celebration of local heritage, regional produce and community. With a story deeply rooted in Gippsland, the brand needed an identity that captured the character of its historic setting while establishing a distinctive presence as a destination for craft beer, food and good times.
The Creative.
The creative direction centred on creating a brand that feels grounded in its heritage, yet confident in its contemporary offering. Drawing inspiration from the building's industrial history, the surrounding Gippsland landscape and the character of the region, I developed a distinctive visual identity that carries through the brand's initial beer can packaging and digital presence. Extending the identity across packaging and website design, the result is a cohesive and character-filled brand experience that celebrates Maffco's roots while giving it the personality and presence to become a destination in its own right.
